Damien Vennell here , Ive been lucky enough to have learned from the ground upwards in the entertainment industry. I have had some great experience working on independent projects that helped me hone in my natural ability to entertain , perform , and sharpen my improvisation and acting skills. More recently I was a studio manager at a voice over company in Victoria that deepened my understanding of what is required when recording and pitching a demo for prospective clients. 

My natural range is serious retail to comedy , Character voices and accents .
