Harley has been voicing TVCs, corporate videos and on-air promos since the early 90s. He has a warm, enthusiastic delivery that can be dialled up or down depending on the nature of the sell. He has lent his voice to dozens of television and audio projects - for numerous production houses and recording studios in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Hong Kong. Harley is based in the Bay of Islands, Northland.
