He has worked in the industry for many years both in New Zealand and internationally. He has been a series regular on Power Rangers and has appeared in many international productions.

James has lent his dulcet tones to a number of commercial brands including a period as the voice of Burger King. His acting chops allow him to easily extend his range from character to corporate.

James is based in Auckand, New Zealand.
