Daniel's vocal versatility is a factor of several things: a lifelong love of animation and gaming; growing up in a family of professional musicians and singers; becoming a lawyer and appearing in Courts and tribunals around the world; a national career in theatre specialising in character roles; and a burgeoning international career as an actor portraying Kiwis, Brits, and American's on local and international screens.

Daniel's ability to use his ears to adjust his accent, placement, diction and tone is part training, and part a factor of his experience immigrating to NZ at a young age from the UK.  There is a slight British sound to his natural tone that doesn't initially strike you as an accent, just as someone who possesses great diction, which he mixes and shades to suit the client's brief.
